OK, it's not quite spring yet, but my garden thinks it is! I love that all of the plants seem to be slowly waking up now that the snow has thawed. I've never really been much of a gardener, but since moving to this house I have become a little more green-fingered, everything just seems to want to grow here! The roses in our front garden seem to flower over and over for most of the year, and I look forward with great excitement to the small window in the summer in which the Peonies burst into flower!
I went out in the garden to photograph some of the bulbs that are popping up all over the place, there are so many dotted around that it is always a nice surprise to see them pop up!
Whilst I was peacefully communing with nature one of my delightful little hounds Ronnie was having his usual daily ruckus with the chickens through the fence!
He's normally a total softy, but for the some reason the chickens drive him bananas!!!
After my brief sojourn into the world of dog vs. chicken I returned to my bulbs. Every year it's the same, 'ooh, I wonder what they are?' 'I don't remember planting those!' 'why are those growing there?' etc etc. I really should know by now what is planted where!
So here's the challenge; can any of you tell me what the hell is growing in my garden? Answers on a postcard please (OK, in the comments).
Oh, and here's a bonus picture of my sneaky cat TC, I can't do anything in the garden without being pestered by animals! x
